Presenting & Celebrating the ESC Programme

Join us in this online seminar to present the European Solidarity Corps programme and our achievements as an organization, under this programme.
The seminar will be facilitated by Eleonora Chrysanthi (Cyprus) and Maria Kusheela Maroni (Italy), the two participants of the ESC Traineeships & Jobs project “Managing Volunteering Projects (MVP)”, who will present their experience and expertise gained and developed through their project. To that purpose, the ESC Volunteering Partnership project “UNITY-iOS” will also be presented, with guest speakers some of the volunteers and members of the local community involved in this project who will share their own experiences.

Part 1: Presenting the MVP project (“Managing Volunteering Projects”)
How can you turn an experience into a lesson? Find out more of the experiences of both the MVP participants, who work in European Project Management and their learning process during this project.
Part 2: Testimonials about the ESC Volunteering Partnership “UNITY-iOS”
Testimonials from previous volunteers and members of the local community who have participated in our ESC volunteering activities. An open window on their experiences with the European Solidarity Corps.
Part 3: Space for Q&A and discussion
Sharing thoughts and answering questions.
Part 4: Conclusion
The seminar is focused on sharing the experience, expertise and skills of the participants of the ESC Jobs project, MVP, in the fields of project management and youth work, with the general public, as well as with interested parties, such as volunteers, ex and future volunteers, project managers and coordinators, youth workers, educators, facilitators and other interested parties. The activity is adding value to the aims and objectives of enhancing the expertise of persons involved in European programmes, informing people interested in European programmes and the abovementioned fields, disseminating the results of the MVP project, and mostly, creating opportunities for recognition of non-formal learning and job and/or volunteering opportunities.
