We are happy to promote a residential training course in Weimar, Germany!

Profile of the participant:  The course is mainly for the organizations’ members and also for youth workers/trainers/leaders that are closely working with youth, so they will bring back they acquired knowledge, disseminate it with further projects and initiatives, both at local and European level.

The training course is design for people who would like to develop their “Learning to learn” competence, reflecting the concept of “learning organisation” and deepening their understanding of the field of “networking & advocacy”.

To start exploring ‘learning to learn’ competence and the topic of learning organisation we invite you to join a series of on-boarding online activities. Online meetings (duration approx.. 2 hours) are open for everybody who is interested (not only for future training course participants, but also you, members of your organisations, partners, peers etc.) and will take place on

• September 13th, 14.00 CET, 
• September 16th, 17.00 CET,
• September 27th, 19.00 CET.

During on-boarding meetings we will discuss the following questions: Can organisations learn? When was the last time you saw an organisation learn? Do you see your organisation as a learning one? Do organisations learn differently? How to improve the learning of your organisation?
