Eleonora Chrysanthi is a Senior Project Manager and Researcher. Member of Politistiko Ergastiri and facilitator in many of its International Learning Activities. Since 2019, she has been coordinating and implementing EU projects focused on education, volunteering, culture, digital learning, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. With extensive experience as a project manager, researcher, and trainer, Eleonora contributes to the design, development and execution of innovative programs and initiatives, as well as non-formal education trainings and workshops. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Cyprus and completed her year of legal practice at the Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicoleta Chis-Racolta is a passionate trainer and lifelong learner, with over 26 years of experience in the NGO and school sector. As one of the founding members of the Cluj Napoca Volunteer Center (since 2004), she\u2019s dedicated her career to creating impact through organizational management, project development, and empowering others to grow. With over 5800 hours of training experience, Nico covers a wide range of topics, including volunteer management, non-formal education, inclusion and diversity, project writing, service-learning, vocational counseling.
She\u2019s been a trainer in the Erasmus+ National Network since 2010. With a background in social work, Nico\u2019s experience also includes working in orphanages and prisons with organizations like World Vision and Prison Fellowship Romania.
