SUMMARY:ESC PROJECT IN BORÅS\, SWEDEN - Volunteering Position
DESCRIPTION:Borås Stad\, a Swedish municipality\, is looking for 4 volunteers from EU countries for a 1-year ESC project starting in February 2020 and ending February 2021. The project’s mission is to involve volunteers in after school activities for children and young people aged 10-18 years old. This could mean coming up with new activities in areas such as sports\, culture\, handcraft etc. The volunteer’s main role will be to function as a coach to guide young people to implement their own ideas and projects and they will mainly work in a newly established youth centre called TRANDÖ\, located in one of Borås most centred areas\, and is attached to an elementary school.\n\nSend your CV and a Motivation Letter stating why you want to participate in the project to esc@boras.se. Write “ESC Trandö” in the subject of the email. Make sure that you are registered on Solidarity Corps database and send your reference number as well as information about your Sending Organisation.
