Get your tools ready\, we will be digging into the toolbox we have created. \nWho: Madalina (Romania)\, Ben (France) \nWorkshop 2: Seedling water tree – Playful Learning Processing Tool \nDescription: How can you turn an experience into a lesson? Find out more from The Learning Process working group as they present the playful tool they created.The session will be most useful for volunteers and mentors (/others in the hosting organization\, responsible for supporting the learning process of the volunteer). \nLet’s roleplay it together! \nWho: Oksana (Ukraine)\, Bianca (Romania)\, Ilaria (Italy)\, Diana (Romania) \nWorkshop 3: Holistic Evaluation. How? \nDescription: The main goal of the workshop is to provide an evaluation tool to people that work in volunteerism (mentors\, tutors\, volunteers etc.)\, so they can understand in a holistic way how the volunteers experience their service in European Solidarity Corps. \nWho: Kelly (Greece)\, Kiki (Greece)\,  Berka (Sweden) \nWorkshop 4: Meaning of Supervision \nDescription: Sharing good practices and exchanging ideas on supervision of volunteers \nWho: Magdalena (Poland)\, Manuel (Italy)\, Maria (Italy/Cyprus)\, Lorenzo (Italy) \nWorkshop 5: MENTORING – How to Choose a Great Mentor for Your Volunteer? \nDescription: We are preparing a questionnaire for future mentors which would help the organizations and future mentors understand what it means to be a mentor\, check if she/he is fit for the job and make matching pairs of volunteer and mentor. \nWho: Kaja (Slovenia)\, Sophia (France) \nWorkshop 6: Guide to a Volunteer’s TASK MANAGEMENT – an online booklet \nDescription: During this workshop we will present and share with the participants an online booklet regarding the process and steps of a volunteer’s task management (preparation\, assignment\, monitoring\, motivation etc)\, including some tips/suggestions and online tools (e.g. questionnaires). \nWho: Eleonora (Cyprus)\, Masha (Slovenia) \nWorkshop 7: Local Impact – ESC Volunteers at Schools in Cyprus \nDescription: discovering the role of schools in boosting local impact in ESC volunteering: a working example \nWho: Skevi (Cyprus)\, Stavroula (Cyprus)\, Stella (Cyprus)\, Francesco (Italy/Cyprus) \n\n\nRegister\n\n\n \nThis event is the result of the VOLU.M.E ESVP Project (Volunteer Management Enhanced in European Solidarity Volunteering Projects) that started in 2019 with a training course in Weimar\, Germany\, and followed up by an online seminar in 2021\, with the participation of 30 people from 8 countries (Cyprus\, Germany\, Romania\, Italy\, Poland\, Slovenia\, Sweden\, France). The objective was to bring people who are involved in youth work\, project management\, and volunteering projects to exchange good practices\, share their work and ideas and create practical tools regarding volunteer management. \n\nTurn UP THE VOLU.M.E.\n\n\n  \n
