DESCRIPTION:CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS – In the Kingdom of Volunteering: The Mentors Journey\nKingdom of Volunteering is an ONLINE Training Course (TC)\, which is going to happen from the 6th of April to the 19th of April 2021. \nThe TC will aim in the definition and common understanding of the mentoring role in the context of ESC volunteering projects\, but also an exchange of expertise\, investigating good practices\, development of tools that will enhance the quality of ESC mentoring activities. \n  \n We shall work directly on elements concerning: \n\nthe wellbeing of the volunteers\nunderstanding ESC and its vision\nthe emotional cycle of the volunteers\nmentoring tools and skills\n\nThe project “Kingdom of Volunteering” will therefore include a Training Course (A1)\, a practice phase and a Seminar (A2) in Autumn\, focused on offering an intensive learning and discovery experience in the mentoring process to actors affiliated with organization which already have at least ONE experience as international hosting organisations and will be confirmed with an activity agreement number.  \nWe are looking for 3 participants in Cyprus who had previous experience as mentors. \n“We would like to create a group with mixed experiences\, combining beginner mentors with mentors who have dealt with different volunteers (in long-term but also short-term projects\, as well as reinforced mentorship for youth with fewer opportunities)\, so as to create a rich pool of experiences to be shared and used as learning reference material.” \nFurthermore\, please find below the access to the registration form  to participate: \nhttps://forms.gle/Hb7qseZNYtwJw7Ch8 \nContact email address: escpolitistiko@gmail.com  (Maria) \n  \n  \n  \n
